Who we are

AO is a nonprofit built to close the gap after school ends. We create real-life opportunities for adults on the autism spectrum to stay active, build friendships, and be part of a community that understands them. At the same time, we train schools, organizations, and communities to create environments where inclusion actually works—not just in theory, but in practice.

What we do

AO Inclusion Training (Schools & Organizations)

We provide hands-on, real-world training that helps staff and teams:

• Understand autism & neurodiversity

• Respond to behavior with confidence

• Create inclusive environments that actually work

• Build communication and support strategies

From classrooms to workplaces, AO helps turn good intentions into real inclusion.

AO Social Recreation (Events & Fitness)

We host inclusive social and fitness events for adults 18+ where individuals who identify on the autism spectrum and the broader community come together in the same space.

There’s no separation. No labels.
Just a shared understanding:
everyone belongs, and everyone treats each other with respect.
