The AO Social Rec Club

AO Social Rec Club currently offers structured, coach-led HIIT classes in partnership with local community gyms — designed for adults 18+ on the autism spectrum and individuals with disabilities who want a supportive, high-energy fitness environment.  At the end of each class we host a social hour to encourage teamwork, build connections, and create a community.

The AO Foundation

Provides autism education, awareness training, and skill-building programs that promote understanding, inclusion, and long-term support for individuals on the spectrum and those who work alongside them.  (Middle Schools, High Schools, and Universities)
